kashima ships everywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.We offer free shipping on all products.
We provide free shipping for all products.We will keep in touch with you in the event that remote areas cannot be delivered or additional shipping is required.
We offer two shipping methods to get you what you need when you need it. Estimated delivery times are as follows:US Warehouse: We will give priority to shipping in the US warehouse, the delivery time is 2-5 business days. If the US warehouse is out of stock, please choose China warehouse to arrange delivery.
China Warehouse: We will give priority to choose the most suitable courier according to your country: the shipping time is 10-20 working days.
Remote regions
If you are in a remote area, please contact us and we will check if it can be delivered to your area. If it cannot be delivered, we will give feedback in time.
Yes, all of our selected logistics companies will eventually deliver the goods to your PO Box.

Tail wagging in anticipation? Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification, which will provide a link to order tracking details. Occasionally, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to provide tracking info once your order ships. If you still have questions, reach out to sevrs@kashimapet.com
Return&Refund
Due to the special nature of pet supplies, in order to ensure the health of dogs and prevent cross infection, we only accept full refunds before shipment. We will not accept refunds if the product has already been made and started shipping. (Except for product quality issues) To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with labels and original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, you can contact us at sevrs@kashimapet.com. If we agree to you return request, we will send the address to receive the return. Then you need to create shipping label by yourself and provide tracking numbler to us, so we can track the return progress. If the refund is not casued by quality problem or ship wrong goods, you need to pay the freight by yourself. Items returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted. You can always contact us at sevrs@kashimapet.com to resolve any return issues. Damage and Problems Please check your order upon receipt, if the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct the error. Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishables (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special order or personalization), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you own, and once the return is accepted, buy the new item separately. Refunds We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the chargeback. If everything goes will, you will receive the refund within 7 -10days.

We know that some puppies may get excited about our items and chew on them. Unfortunately, this is not considered part of normal wear and tear and is not our fault. Please feel free to contact sevrs@kashimapet.com to find out what we can do for you.
Warranty
If the product you received is damaged or unusable, please contact us and we will replace it with a new one. We do not accept returns if the product has been used by you or damaged after use. We must ensure that the product does not have any contact with other pets to prevent cross infection. You can also contact us at sevrs@kashimapet.com and we can answer your questions.

The individual product pages have a lot of useful information, including photos, features, care instructions and size guides. Any question? Send an email to sevrs@kashimapet.com and we'll provide the answer (and possibly a photo of the puppy).
Having a pet gets messy, but all of our items are designed to be easy to clean. In general, a quick hand wash with gentle soap should do the trick, but more detailed care instructions are listed on each product page.
